Start with one word. When you’re tempted to use it, swap it for something simple and clear. Not sure what to use? Google the word. Some ideas will pop up.


For example, swap the word differentiate.


Jargon: Redesign the customer experience to differentiate your brand.


Instead: Create a customer experience that outshines other brands.
